Managing Payment Methods

Monthly Billing

All paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your billing date depends on when you first upgraded:

Update Billing Information

Update your billing address, company name, or tax ID anytime. Changes apply to future invoices.

Tax Information

Sales Tax Collection

We collect sales tax where required by law. Tax rates are calculated based on your billing address and applied automatically to your invoices.

Tax Jurisdictions: We currently collect sales tax in US states where required, EU VAT for European customers, and GST for applicable countries.

Adding a Tax ID

Business customers can add their tax ID (VAT number, EIN, etc.) to their billing information. This will appear on all future invoices.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Valid VAT numbers may qualify for reverse charge mechanism (no VAT charged). The system validates VAT numbers automatically.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change my billing date?

Billing dates are set based on when you first upgraded and cannot be changed. However, if you downgrade to Free and then upgrade again, you'll get a new billing date.

Do you offer refunds?

We generally don't offer refunds, but we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis within the first 7 days of a new subscription. Contact support@organiko.ai to discuss your situation.

Can I pay by invoice (NET 30)?

Invoice billing with NET 30 terms is available for Enterprise plans only. Contact our sales team to discuss this option.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from Settings β†’ Subscription β†’ Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period, then automatically downgrade to the Free plan.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payment processing is handled by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
