Step-by-Step Registration

Navigate to Signup Page

Visit organiko.ai/register or click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage.

Complete the Registration Form

Your business email address (this will be your username)

Create a strong, secure password

Requirements:
  • ✓Minimum 8 characters
  • ✓At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • ✓At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • ✓At least one number (0-9)

Your full name (2-100 characters)

🏢 Company Name (Optional)

Your business or organization name

Submit Your Registration

Click the "Create Account" button to submit your registration.

What Happens Next:
  • 1.Your account is created with a Free Plan
  • 2.A tenant organization is created for your business
  • 3.We send a verification email to your inbox
  • 4.You see a success message on screen

Check Your Email

Look for an email from noreply@organiko.ai with the subject "Welcome to Organiko.ai!"

Email Contains:
  • ✓ Welcome message
  • ✓ Email verification button
  • ✓ Verification link (expires in 24 hours)
  • ✓ What's next instructions
📧 Email Not Received?
  • • Check your spam/junk folder
  • • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • • Wait a few minutes (can take up to 5 minutes)
  • • Request a new verification email after logging in

Verify Your Email Address

Click the "Verify Email Address" button in the email, or copy and paste the verification link into your browser.

✅ Successful Verification

You'll be redirected to the login page with a success message

❌ Verification Failed

Common reasons:

  • • Token expired (24-hour limit)
  • • Invalid or malformed link
  • • Email already verified

Troubleshooting Signup Issues

❌ "Email already registered"

This email is already associated with an account.

Solution: Try logging in or use password reset if you forgot your password.

❌ "Password too weak"

Your password doesn't meet security requirements.

Solution: Ensure your password has 8+ characters with uppercase, lowercase, and at least one number.

❌ "Verification email not received"

Email hasn't arrived after 5 minutes.

Solution: Check spam folder, verify email address spelling, or request a new verification email after logging in.

❌ "Verification link expired"

The verification link is older than 24 hours.

Solution: Log in to your account and request a new verification email from your account settings.
